Markets were green on the prompt month and slightly red the following months. At the time of writing, Jan 23 was $6.61 slightly down from yesterday. Production is slowly starting to ramp up with the higher price and could see the summer of 2023 trading 5.11 USD/Mmbtu, slightly lower than todays forward curve. The winter of 2023 is projected tobe, according to one trader, average $9.39 USD/Mmbtu. This specific trader does not believe winter is over. The cold air cap over parts of Europe and North America could produce higher demand well into Jan 23. Enjoy the weekend. Thank you for reading our daily blog. (RS)
